Job Description:
• Planning , delivering , and administering training programs for customers, partners, and internal employees on the proprietary product features and functionalities.
• Delivering a variety of ILT sessions – virtual online sessions, in-person sessions, workshops, use-case driven sessions, best practices sharing sessions, using traditional and modern training methods.
• Designing and developing a wide range of ILT training materials such as presentation content, user guides/training manuals.
• Working with the product team to keep yourself updated on product features and functionalities.
• Maintaining training data.
• Coverage index Product training for their allocated Business Units, ensuring everyone is trained.
Trainer’s Requirement:
1. Candidates should have 4-6 years’ experience in Training / Sales training preferably in Education, IT training and certification, assessments, or other professional skill development industry.
2. In-depth knowledge of training and sales process and best practices.
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills
4. Self-motivated with the ability to work with moderate supervision and complete assigned projects on time.
5.Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) is must.
6. Willing to work from an office location –Immediate Joining.
